Refund and Returns Policy

We take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning products. However, if you are not satisfied, the following policy applies:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Perishable or customized cleaning products made specifically for your order.
  • Discounted or clearance items, unless defective.

3. Return & Refund Process

  • Contact our customer service team at clearclean.traders@outlook.com or 017-413 5463 with your order details.
  • Once approved, ship the items back to our warehouse at your own cost (unless the return is due to our mistake).
  • We will inspect the returned products and notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

4. Replacements

If you receive a defective or wrong item, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
