1. Delivery Coverage

  • We ship across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.
  • International shipping is available upon request and subject to additional fees.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed after 3 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery (West Malaysia): 3–7 business days.
  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5–10 business days.
  • Express Delivery (selected areas): 1–3 business days.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight, size, and destination.
  • Free shipping may be offered for bulk orders, promotions, or purchases above a certain amount.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • You can track your delivery status through the courier partner’s website.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours with photo evidence.
  • In case of lost or missing parcels, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
  • Replacement or refund will be arranged if the parcel cannot be recovered.
